This navy velvet is wonderful!  It reminds us of a similar navy velvet jacket we had at the shop when we opened and have been hoping to come across something like it ever since.  There are are buttons up the front and the the jacket is fully lined in a cream cotton, the sleeves looks so nice when they are rolled up just a bit!  There are side pockets too.  There are matching pants too if you would like to complete the ensemble!
